Robo Rooter was the only one to return our calls on a weekend when our drains backed up. They stayed till almost midnight trying to get us in better condition and returned promptly the next day for additional jetting & camera services. Darren was helpful, professional, and calming and we really appreciate how hard he worked. He was joined at various times by Troy, Doug, and Maurice. All four gentlemen were knowledgeable and so helpful. We really appreciate their assistance through an extremely stressful time. I don't understand the complaints about price from other reviewers. We were given estimates at every step of the way. It wasn't ever a surprise and we agreed to pricing before work started. You're playing a flat fee and it's up to you to take the gamble if the job takes 15 minutes or 15 hours. These guys went above and beyond and stayed here for hours and were so diligent about finding the problem. Thank you to Darren and his colleagues. We will not hesitate to call again for services like this in the future.

They sent a trainee without any onsite assistance. Wasn't on time and lingered in my house after the job. Did not quote me for requested services and was only able to charge me the flat rate for the drain I wanted repaired being cleaned.

Came asap assessed the issue with our water tank and because a part was needed came next day and fixed it! Polite and communicative 5 stars!

The work was done very well, however, all that was needed was replacing the water filler line and shut off valve from the water line to the toilet tank. They charged $400 which is exhorbitant and definitely out of line with typical charge for that type of service. I realize it was a Sunday and maybe there might be a surcharge because of that but $400 is quadruple what most plumbers would have charged. Even with a premium for Sunday call out one would should reasonably have expected a $150. To add to this frustration, after posting the above comments, a rep from Roto-Rooter contacted me and I explained the details of my issue with their exhorbitant charge to him. He said he would check the time sheet of the employee who performed the repair and, if I was correct, he would get back to me and we could discuss what a more appropriate.charge might be. Needless to say, I never received a call back and there has been no adjustment to the charge. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING USING THIS COMPANY. THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT REPUTABLE AND THEY SURELY LACK A CUSTOMER FOCUS.
